The dates of sowing and the norms of temporary isolation during reproduction of self-pollinated sunflower lines

The researches were made on Central Experimental base of VNIIMK in 2010-2011. The reaction of the selfpollinated lines VK-678, VK-276, VK-653, VK-680 and of the sterile simple hybrid CMS Kubanskiy 93 were studied for the change of the sowing dates. The sowing was carried out in 5 dates with an interval of 10-12 days during the period from 28 April till 14 June. The maximum productivity of the lines VK-678, VK-276, VK-653, VK-680 and the sterile simple hybrid CMS Kubanskiy 93 was noticed during the sowing in the 3d decade of May, and of the line VK-653 - during the sowing in first and second decades of May. The norms of the temporary isolation for one-head lines maintainers of fertility VK-678, VK-276, VK-653, VK-680 make during the sowing in third decade of April - 26 days, in second decade of May - 23 days, and in the third decade of May - 21 days. The multihead restorers fertility linesVK-508, VK-551, VD-541 have flowering period for 10-11 days longer. In the case of the sowing in the third decade of April it makes 37 days and in the second decade of May - 33 days. The line VK-585 is characterized by the specific reaction, when the norms of temporary isolation during the third decade make 37 days, in the second decade of May - 23 days, and in third decade of May - 21 days.
