Education as a way of coming-to-be of a person in culture is a condition of existence both of culture and the person. Investigation of risk factors of development of borderline pathology in teachers and students of a teachers' training college has revealed that of most adversity is psychoemotional overwork. Presence of an existential dialog as a pedagogical condition of a humanitarian education may serve as a criterion of formed self-identity when of importance is a component of educative identity serving consequently as a basis of professionalization and formation of professional identity. Productive management of quality of educative process is unthinkable without taking into account of subjective factor in its interaction with objective one, with the system of strong and objective assessments.
