Multiple transfection of plasmid vectors by the Sleeping beauty transposon system

The Sleeping Beauty transposon system is used in molecular biology as a non-viral plasmid DNA delivery system to stably expressing the gene of interest in cell lines. Expression of several proteins in a single cell is require for various applications of molecular biology. We have demonstrated that the Sleeping Beauty transposon system can be used to obtain stable cell lines expressing several transgenic proteins.
