Formation stages of the student career competence

The article introduces the formation process of career competence of young specialists. The issue disclosing the levels of awareness of professional competence by a young specialist during the process of implementation of professional and career activities is touched upon. The same attention is paid to the following constituents: cultural experience, motivation, needs and self-actualization in the process of building a professional career.
