Stages of corporate regulation: issues of the theory of law

Introduction: the article raises the issue of understanding corporate regulation as a process. The absence of general theoretical scientific research devoted to the study of corporate regulation is noted. The questions of the structure of corporate regulation and its stages are investigated. There are three stages of corporate regulation: the stage of establishment and general operation of corporate norms, the stage of emergence of corporate relations, the stage of implementation of corporate rights and obligations. The features of each stage are described. A generalized conclusion is made about the peculiarities of corporate regulation as a process and the characteristics of each stage. Materials and Methods: the author studied and analyzed corporate regulatory large corporations posted in the public domain on the Internet, among the statutes, codes of corporate conduct, codes of corporate ethics, regulations, instructions, and other types of corporate documents. The methodology of the study is the dialectical method of social phenomena, methods of research and analysis, methods of system-structural analysis, logical methods, observation methods, the method of sociological interviewing and questioning are also used. Results: a structural and system analysis of the corporate regulation process was carried out, the structure and key elements were identified. The stages of the corporate regulation process have been established. Based on the analysis of corporate regulatory acts and observation of the corporate regulation process, the characteristic features of the stages of corporate results identified in the observation process are described. Discussion and Conclusions: due to the results of the study we concluded that corporate regulation as a process has its own specific structure, which elements are in a stable connection. The key elements of the corporate regulation process were: the subject of corporate regulation, the object of corporate regulation, the beginning and end of the corporate regulation process, the stage of corporate regulation. The process of corporate regulation involves a sequential change of stages, alternating one after another: the stage of establishment and general operation of corporate norms, the stage of emergence of corporate relations, the stage of implementation of corporate rights and obligations.
