Stage of excitation of criminal case in the structure of criminal proceedings

In this article we consider the value of the stage of initiation of criminal case in criminal proceedings. We also analyzed the opinions and attitudes of processual scientists to the stage of initiating a criminal case. After analyzing these opinions, we concluded that the stage of initiation of a criminal case is one of the mandatory elements of pre-trial proceedings, which is fairly stable in Russia.
