Standardization and rational use of propolis raw materials and preparations

Comparative research of component structure of flavonoids and phenylpropaniods of propolis and poplar buds is conducted. On the basis of systematization the data of literature and own results of researches the proximity of component composition of propolis and poplar buds with using the methods of thin layer chromatography (TLC), UF-spectroscopy, electrophoresis and HELC is shown. Methodological approaches to standardization of propolis raw materials and preparations are proved. On the basis of these approaches the unified methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis of propolis raw materials and preparations by the TLC-methods, UF-spectroscopy with use of the state standard sample pinostrobin are developed. Standard documentation on studied raw materials and preparations is developed. Ways of rational use of a product of beekeeping - propolis are shown.
