Standardization as the core of evaluation activities in Russia

Article deals with problems of evaluation activity in Russia in connection with the transition to its self-regulation. The analysis of the existing Russian standards, assessment activities, mandatory to use, and international standards for evaluation; shortcomings Russian standards and concluded that they need a serious adjustment.
