Standardization of supervisory activities based on a risk-based approach in relation to high-tech enterprises

In a research the problem of realization of risk-oriented approach in the state control of the enterprises on the basis of the correlation and regression analysis of their economic activity is developed. The relevance of a subject of a research is proved by need of transition to risk-oriented approach within implementation of the state control, supervising activity, at absence at the present stage of complex standards for implementation of risk-oriented approach which would integrate various parameters (risk indicators). The purpose of the study is theoretical substantiation, development and testing of the standard for the use of risk indicators of mandatory requirements based on a risk-based approach, integrating indicators of technological, environmental, economic risks of high-tech enterprises. In the course of the study, the following tasks were solved: a brief analysis of the knowledge and legal regulation of the use of a risk-based approach in state control (supervision) was carried out, a standard for the use of risk indicators of mandatory requirements based on a risk-based approach was developed, integrating indicators of technological, environmental, economic risks of high-tech enterprises, as well as methodological recommendations for use; theoretically justified and tested a model for implementing a risk-based approach in state control of enterprises when applying the above standard, confirm the possibility of applying the standard based on correlation and regression analysis of their economic activities. Methodological recommendations have been developed on the practical application of the standard for applying risk indicators of mandatory requirements based on a risk-based approach. The purpose of the presented study is the theoretical justification and testing of the implementation of a risk-based approach in state control of enterprises based on correlation and regression analysis of their economic activities.
