Standartization of a new remedy of plant origin and its anticoagulant activity

The new methodology of standartization of a new remedy of plant origin has been developed. It consists of overground part of (Pаnzerina lanata (L). Sojak, family Lamiaceae), sprouts of Pentaphylloides fruticosa (L.) O.Schwarz family Rosaceae and roots of (Comarum palustre L., sem. Rosaceae). It is determined that dry polyextract in experimental-therapeutic dose 75 mg/kgs of animal’s mass raises the coagulant blood potential, saving the reaction’s conjugation between different systems of coagulation link and fibrinolysis.
