Formation of rent agreement in Russian and foreign law

The article discusses the formation of such an agreement on the transfer of property into ownership as a rent agreement, both in Russian and foreign law. The author examines the development of the provisions on the annuity agreement in Russian law, noting that the annuity relations have undergone a long way before they are enshrining in a codified act. In turn, in foreign law, the rent agreement has been known for a long time, which is reflected in the norms of codified acts.
