The research discusses the development of the decision-making process in organizations starting from a start-up organization where several people are involved and ending with a growing organization with thousands of employees. The process of making decisions is exemplified by companies that have already devised the decision-making strategies or not. The paper raises the issue of the possibility and the need to violate and change the established decision-making process within the company and identifies the challenges met by organizations. The research focuses on the entry of new agents of influence on decision-making processes and their changes in this regard, in particular, when attracting investments both from the private investor and during the placement of securities.
