Establishment and development of the institute for the protection of children’s rights in international law

In the article, legal aspects of the establishment of the institute of international child protection law are studied by means of a retrospective, inductive and deductive method. A comprehensive study of historical and legal aspects in modern legal science will make a big contribution to the further development of science, filling the gaps in this area. The purpose of the article is to reveal common features and features, characteristic features by revealing its legal status, meaning and essence through the study of legal aspects. To achieve the goal, the task set is to generalize the objective and subjective causal conditions of the establishment of the protection of children's rights and its substantive features. As a result of the article, the characteristic features of the legal aspects of the establishment of the Institute for the Protection of Children's Rights are determined.
