In this article, the authors consider and analyze such a phenomenon as the culture of doing business. At present, we see that everything is becoming more and more clear in the world. The success of a business largely depends on the image of the organization, on consumer confidence, influence among partners and, of course, on the leader of the organization. The traditional understanding of a leader as an authoritarian manager of an organization cannot exist in the modern world. If earlier only employers made great demands on employees, now, the same requirements (and even more) have been formed among employees. Finding a compromise between the employer and the employee has an impact on the entrepreneurial culture within the organization, and globalization processes are affecting globally. Today, there are many parameters that define an entrepreneur as a successful business leader, and this is not only a financial resource or a financial parameter, also economic, organizational, technical, social, which in general makes the culture of entrepreneurial activity. Of great importance is the feedback of the entrepreneur (producer) and the consumer, entrepreneur (manager) and company employees. Entrepreneurs, having the opportunity to interact with consumers and partners around the world, are gradually developing a unified business culture.
