Formation and development of the concept of double form of guilt in pre-revolutionary Russia

This article is devoted to the study of the formation and development of the concept of double guilt in pre-revolutionary Russia. The sources of criminal law are analyzed, starting from the 10th century and ending with the military Article of 1715. The purpose of this study is to identify the features of the formation of the institution of double guilt in domestic criminal law.
