Formation and development of legal regulation of counteraction to the problem of child pornography in the Soviet - and post-Soviet periods

The retrospective analysis of the formation and development of the legislative regulation of problems of anti-child pornography in the Soviet and post-Soviet periods is given in the article. Common factors of historical continuity of criminal activity in the concerned area are considered. The prerequisites for the formation of legislative impact on the problem of combating child pornography in the territory of present - day Belarus are analyzed. The stages of formation and development of legal regulation of counteraction to child pornography are determined.
