Formation and development of a modern system of social services to the population in the Kyrgyz Republic

The concept of formation covers a special unfinished form of existence of objects, phenomena surrounding reality, that initial stage of development of everything new, when it has already appeared, but has not yet fully formed. This characteristic fully applies to the current state of the social service system of the population. Today, the first stage of the formation of social services in the Kyrgyz Republic is being completed. Therefore, the records and analysis of published works in this area, creative development of the developed paradigms, ideas and experience of social services are especially relevant. At the same time, the interpretation of the explanation and identification of repeatability and diversity in the process of social services to the population of various regions of the Kyrgyz Republic are of interest.
