The formation and development of the land relations in the sphere of lease in the European states

The author of this work paid particular attention to the historical and political, sociological and legal analysis of development and formation of land lease. Special attention author tend to pay to studying legislation in force in this sphere, identification of its gaps and shortcomings, development of recommendations and the offers directed on improvement of the existing land-law in the States of Europe.
