Making up the human capital in Russian society and the contemporary shape of its structure

The paper considered correlation between the structural components of human capital and competitive (capacity) factors while exploring human capital dynamics in Russian society. The author demonstrated a synergetic nature of relationship between synchronic and diachronic components of the overall dynamic structure of human capital. The study revealed the structure of an individual human capital the Russian society called for being the basis for the structural capital.
