Formation of information culture in Russia and its impact on the process of continuity of cultural values

The article describes the main characteristics of information culture, which becomes the dominant characteristic of modern States, speaking in an authentic, well-developed forms, and forms our image and simulacra in the world. The authors have formulated some features of formation of information culture in modern Russia, which determines all spheres of existence: logistics, financial-economic, socio-political and spiritual-cultural existence of the Russian society.
