Formation of historical and pedagogical science in Russia as genesis’ reflection of its subject (second half of the XIX - beginning of the XX century)

The article defines approaches to understanding the subject of history of pedagogics, its role and tasks in the second half of the XIX - beginning of the XX century; singled out are the basic factors of the subject vision development and methodological foundations of historical and pedagogical science in Russia.
