Expert appraisal of documents found in local government offices of XIX century

Development of expert appraisal methods assessing the value of documents as well as effectiveness of the archive commission in part of documents’ classification and preservation are analyzed. The history of archival documents stored in administrative offices of Olonets Province is reviewed.
