The formation of international anti-discrimination law protecting women's rights in the field of labor

In many international legal acts, the principle of prohibition of discrimination, including in the field of work, is enshrined. The purpose of the study is to conduct a retrospective analysis of the formation of anti-discrimination legislation on the basis of gender. The paper considers the main international legal acts prohibiting discrimination against women. The legal analysis of international law carried out in the course of the work is interesting and useful, first of all, for participants of scientific and law enforcement activities for further consideration of problems related to the violation of anti-discrimination legislation.
