Formation of a New Culture in Russia After the October Revolution

The article examines the process of formation of a new culture and the foundations of the management of the cultural sphere after the Great October Socialist Revolution. The reforms that took place in the cultural sphere after the Bolsheviks came to power had a number of prerequisites long before the Revolution of 1917. The revolutionary events of 1917 marked the beginning of fundamental changes in the Russian state and society. The new leadership of Russia considers the sphere of culture one of the priorities in the formation of a new society.
