Formation of consuming and costing concepts in economic history

The article investigates the history of the formation of the theory of using value as opposed to the concept of value. It is proved that at the origins of the concept of consuming and costing stood the economist Karl Marx, but the greatest contribution to its development have done the economist and philosopher V. Ya. Yelmeev and his followers:V. G. Dolgov, V. F. Bainev and others.
