Formation of professional competencies of students in the field of traumatology and orthopedics: forms of organization of the educational process

Various forms and methods of organizing educational activities are considered, which are used for the development of professional competencies by students of medical universities in the framework of teaching the discipline “Traumatology and Orthopedics. The characteristics of the most frequently used and innovative promising forms are presented. Their positive and negative features, the specifics of their use to ensure the practical orientation of the training of medical personnel are highlighted. The conclusion is made about the role of the considered methods in improving the level of professional training of doctors in general clinical and specialized medical specialties.
