Establishment of the terrorist international: organization of non-controlled chaos

The subject of the political analysis is the phenomenon of formation and development of the terrorist international considered by the authors as a harbinger of unmanaged chaos of transcontinental scope. The article discusses the causes of the phenomenon, the historical chronology of the situation, some fragments of the potential forecast. The authors also suggest a number of measures focused on countering the manifestations of the problem under consideration.
