The old believers’ collection of the Irkutsk regional museum of local history

The article attempts to give an analytical review of the Old Believers’ collection of the Irkutsk regional museum of local history. The history of formation and main content parameters revealed in the course of localization, systematization, fixation, description and study of this collection are considered. It is concluded that the number and quality of the objects at disposal allow to use them as an informative source basis for studying the culture of the Semeiskiye, Kerzhaks and other Old Believers’ communities.
