Starting phase of R&D&I integration

Based on the analysis of theoretical sources, the article analyzes the patterns and trends in the development of scientific schools to ensure the scientific and technical leadership of Russia. The idea of scientific collaboration is considered - the idea of a «triple helix». Attention is focused on the advantages of the considered form of interaction - the Consortium. The necessity of combining efforts and joint work within the framework of a distributed agenda and joint use of the laboratory fund is emphasized.
