В статье на базе анализа теоретических источников анализируются закономерности и тенденции развития научных школ для обеспечения научно-технического лидерства России. Рассматривается идея научной коллаборации - идея «тройной спирали». Акцентируется внимание на преимуществах рассматриваемой формы взаимодействия - Консорциума. Подчеркивается необходимость объединения усилий и солидарной работы в рамках распределенной повестки и совместного использования лабораторного фонда.
