The article is devoted to the use of the apparatus of mathematical statistics to study the quality of the content of electronic educational resources used in teaching students. The parameters of the level of quality of development of the material: validity, reliability, their relationship with the analysis of statistical parameters: average score, median, variance, standard deviation, coefficients of asymmetry, kurtosis, lightness index.
