Statistical analysis of factors of wage differentiation in Russian Federation

In the article the factors of the wage differentiation in Russian Federation are analyzed on the basis of official statistics. The differentiation in the education level, professional groups, economic activities, gender and territory differentiation are discussed. The results of panel data analysis on the basis of RLMS from 2011 to 2013 are presented. Models of wage with fixed effects and models with random effects, pooled models and between-group models are presented.
