The article analyzes the indicators of the mortgage lending market in the primary housing market in Russia from 2009-2017. A correlation-regression analysis of factors affecting the volume of mortgage loans provided to individuals. The volume of mortgage loans issued on the primary housing market in the Russian Federation was predicted using the extrapolation method. The prospects for the development of mortgage lending in the primary housing market in Russia are considered.
