This article is devoted to a statistical analysis of the level of industrial accidents as a result of incorrect functioning of the enterprise’s energy supply. The study highlights the importance of this issue for occupational safety and production efficiency. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of automated control systems and their role in the preventive detection of energy supply problems. Statistical analysis methods, such as correlation and regression analysis, are used to identify relationships between accidents and the performance of energy supply systems. Based on the results obtained, measures are developed to improve the energy security of the enterprise, including technical and organizational solutions. Analysis of data on fatal accidents at power plants demonstrates the importance of following safety regulations and monitoring the condition of protective equipment. Recommendations for managers of organizations are aimed at improving the organization of work, conducting training events and increasing control over compliance with safety measures. Consolidated data analysis and suggestions for improving energy process safety can bring significant benefits to both companies and workers, helping to reduce the risk of accidents and improve operational efficiency.
