The problem of nutrition today is relevant both for all segments of the population and for all levels of education, from preschool to postgraduate. This article examines the problem of the attitude of students of the Gulistan State University to the observance of the correct diet. The analysis of the students' diet made it possible to establish that their nutrition is defective both in qualitative and quantitative terms. The study revealed a violation of the diet of the overwhelming majority of students, which in the future can lead to the appearance of nutritionally dependent diseases.
