The advocate’s trainee and the paralegal assistant in the states of the former USSR: main legal aspects

Purpose: Research of the main aspects of legal status of advocate’s trainee of and paralegal assistant on the legislation of the states of the former USSR. Methodology: Formal- and comparative and legal methods were used. Results: Results of the conducted research of legal status of advocate’s trainee and the paralegal assistant on the legislation of the states which were earlier a part of the USSR, the reflecting main tendencies of regulation of appropriate questions are reflected in article. The main requirements to the persons applying for the status of the advocate’s trainee and paralegal assistant, the purpose and terms of training, basic rights and duties of these persons are opened. Novelty/originality/value: Article possesses the high scientific value as is one of the first attempts of consideration of the main aspects of legal status of the advocate’s trainee and the paralegal assistant by the legislation of the states of the former USSR.
