Career training as an effective form of teachers'' Involvement in the development of programs of research and project activities of learners

This article describes approaches to the organization of the learners project and research activities and justifies that these actions are necessary to achieve planned results of using the main educational programs. Article reveals teachers difficulties in mastering methods of the organization of the learners project and research activities, and describes one way to solve this problem – career training during the professional development courses. Career training is defined as part of the educational program implemented on the basis of innovative educational institutions. Authors also give the examples of project tasks to be solved by trainees during the career training.
