Stakeholders and their influence on corporate governance of the company

The relevance of the work is due to the fact that. stakeholders play an important role in corporate governance, that is, the internal processes, practices and rules used to control and manage an organization. This includes company strategy, planning, values, ethics, risk management, compensation and much more. This article examines eleven stakeholder groups and their role in the corporate governance of a company. The author comes to the conclusion that each stakeholder group plays its own specific role, with different interests and different levels of influence and influence, which is important to consider when managing stakeholders.
