In terms of crowdsourcing projects participants interests and motivation study we made an attempt to review the ecosystem of secondary education institutions (schools) and pointed out inside and outside parts of ecosystem [5]. While and go deep into this subject on the article we suggest considering about what categories of interests are found in physical culture and sports, as well as what expectations and objectives each participant pursues. In order to solve this issue, it becomes important to identify potential parties, the so-called "stakeholders".
