The stand for definition of bushings characteristics of cars’suspenders

Change ofsuspension brackets ’ technical conditionresults in change of dynamic (amplitude-frequency) characteristics of the suspension, which affects the stability of the contact patch, the stability and controllability of the vehicle, and the security of its movement. The article discusses the possible methods of determining the technical condition of bushingsthat can be performed ondependency basis, representing the change effortfrom the magnitude of its deformation, developed by a bushing. For increase in efficiency offunctional diagnosing of bushings of vehicles ’suspension bracketsunder operating conditions, on the basis of a control method of the effort arising in case of sign-variable deformation of a bushing, structure of an experimental complex for receipt ofpower characteristics of bushings. The paper provides the characteristics of a vertical bushing received in the static and dynamic modes.
