Improvement of the surgical tactics and medical rehabilitation of patients with injuries of the clavicle and acromioclavicular joint was the object of the studies made. Mathematical analysis of different external fixation systems was performed. Anatomical-and-topographical studies were performed to substantiate different variants of bone fixator positioning in the bones of the clavicle and acromioclavicular joint and to develop more perfect method of plasty for acromioclavicular ligaments. Paraclinical studies were made including thermography of soft tissues. The tactics of the surgical treatment of clavicular fractures and acromioclavicular joint ruptures was worked out on the basis of the treatment techniques proposed for treatment of acromioclavicular injuries. Comparative clinical studies proved the effectiveness of the tactics proposed for treatment of patients with this pathology.
