Vladimir Radkevich's verse impromptus

The article is devoted to study of verse impromptus written by Perm poet Vladimir I. Radkevich (1927-1987). ^ase^verses, epigrams reflecting episodes of the regional and national literary polemics and the author's social and political views are analyzed. The cases of creative use of A.S. Pushkin's classical ep­igrams, M.Yu. Lermontov's poetry, V.V. Mayakovsky's satirical texts are singled out. V.I. Radkevich's im­promptus, created in the context of cultural life of Perm of the 1960s - mid-1980s, are considered in the light of the regional history, as an evidence of personal relationships of people related to this history, as the way of self-identification for the famous poet, striving to individualize the official image of the author of civic patri­otic poems.
