Leadership style of a coach and effectiveness of his students (case study of swimming)

The article presents the research of correlation between leadership style of a coach and effectiveness of his students on the example of swimming. The research involved swimmers on differentiation stage of sport career. The hypothesis suggests that effectiveness of students-swimmers correlates with leadership style of their coach. Sportsmen whose coaches use democratic leadership style are more effective than students of authoritarian coaches.
