The current conditions show that learning is an integral part of all stages of life and professional career. Therefore, it is essential to form individual importance of education conducive to personal fulfillment. The aim of the study is to identify and describe the pedagogical conditions of formation of students' individual cognitive style in the process of teaching and research activities. The introduction of stylistic approach in the course of professional training of sportshigh schoolstudents is quite promising. The category of style covers the most significant manifestations of the student's personality as a subject of professional education, e.g. students' differences in perception and information processing, methods of self-organization, volitional resources, the nature of relations with the other members of education, etc.
