Stylistic functions of phrasal constructions in English and their equivalents in Turkmen: a comparative analysis

Stylistic functions of phrasal verbs in English and Turkmen languages are considered in this scientific work. Phrasal verbs play an important role in communication, giving language dynamism, expressiveness and a variety of shades of meaning. In the work, a comparative analysis of phrasal verbs in both languages is carried out, their main functions are highlighted in different speech styles, and examples of their use in literary and conversational contexts are considered.
