Stimulation of state officers for effective vocational training

This article highlights the problems of motivating civil servants. The question is being raised about their training and retraining. It touches upon aspects that affect the motivation of state employees, and which, in essence, create problems with their attitude to self-development, career growth, and create a false impression that there is nowhere to develop further. We have proposed measures of solution that should one way or another positively affect the attitude of public servants to their own development, education, knowledge.
