The most important resource of an organization is a team of people through whom economic activities are carried out. Achieving the goals of the organization and successfully solving the tasks set is possible only with proper stimulation of the staff. Stimulation is the process of external influence on an employee in order to get a result from him or perform some part of the work. The influence of the system of stimulation and motivation of personnel on the effectiveness of the organization is considered.
