Stimulation of personnel under conditions of uncertainty

This article considers the promotion of personnel in conditions of uncertainty. The relevance of the topic is determined by the difficult economic environment, thanks to which many organizations are in a state of crisis. The methods, the concept and the mechanism of personnel stimulation in the crisis state of the firm are described. Forms of strengthening of working relations among employees are touched upon, mobilization and rotation of personnel is considered.
