Stimulation of entrepreneurship activity in the sphere of houses’ renting as a factor of socioeconomic development

The article deals with the establishment programs of state stimulation of construction of houses for renting, this will contribute to the development of the construction industry in general, and allow to meet the demand for housing in the low income consumers’ segment, and also ensure the development of rental market on a new level.
