An organization applies different methods of stimulation so that to involve and to hold highly qualified employees. The system of stimulation has to meet the demands of both the organization and the personnel. By means of intangible incentives the CEO reduces costs for personnel. Monetary incentives such as high salary, social benefits, bonus payment make it possible for the company to effectively use human resources and thus to maximize the profit.
